Five AM

 To be awake so early in the morning without any thoughts on one’s mind can be a lonely experience.  The questions of this time in the morning is almost a sacred experience.  There is nothing coming into one’s mind except the quietness of the morning.  One just lies awake hoping and expectant for a message to be given.  It was a deep enough sleep that one was awaken from and nothing came to mind, as if a message was mislaid.  There was no crackling of the old wireless tuned into one’s mind, so just this morning one felt alone in the world.

 It was good not to have any anxieties coming to mind.  Just the peace and quiet of the darkness and no thoughts of yesterday or tomorrow.  It was as though the Spirit Guides were sleeping, which they never do, but nevertheless one felt no communication coming to mind.  Maybe the three o’clock calling from the pineal gland had been missed and, although that seemed unlikely, it was the quietness that somehow seemed troubling.  One had grown used to having dreams or receiving a message during the night, but what was so special about the waiting of this moment and receiving nothing.

 The time continued to move on as the bedside clock hands continued to move forward, but the mind stood still.  I couldn’t be forgotten because we are always being cared for in the Spirit World and, although we don’t always know it, our loved ones are always awake.  There is no night there, as it is always perfect day in the Summerland.  They do not tire as we do.  They have no physical body to tire.  There is no night and day, as there is no sun or moon that divides the wakefulness of time.

 There is only the continuous gift of God’s perfect light.  It doesn’t come and go.  It is always there to enlighten our lives and we are free to explore the continual time by doing what we feel we need to do.  We will always be given tasks to accomplish during this time.  They are not jobs, but things we feel we want to do for the greater good.  We have earned our place and can enjoy the Summerland.  We will feel moved by the love there and use it every day.  If it is there, it is to be used.
