The odds are against this happening. It could be that in order to throw a number of sixes it is less likely to happen. If the odds are unlikely then the Casinos are happy for your bet on it. Otherwise in pure mathematical terms the odds can be calculated. It is rarely about the likelihood of something happening. The weather from the meteorological office can tell us the likelihood of an occurrence of this happening, but the reality of the likelihood is just a matter of chance happenings.
If we look at life as a game of chance, then we are gambling with our destiny. God gives us opportunities to make good on our word and deed. We are able to trust in spiritual guidance to work out in our favor, as our individual guides will know what is best for us and allow the opportunity to accomplish the right destiny. Luck is not a question of chance. To toss a coin in the air and call heads or tails is a matter of luck, but to have good fortune is not luck, but judgement.
If we act in a certain way, we may be fortunate in succeeding in a better result. This is not one against the odds but is more or less likely to succeed. A win on the turn of a card would be classed as good luck, but to believe in a Higher Intelligence, who loves us and wants what is best for us is to trust in the goodness of the spiritual world and, according to how we follow the guidance given, will show a positive result. If we lead a good life and help others, who are in need, the likelihood of us being helped when we are in need is greatly enhanced.
But the selfishness of those who put themselves first is unlikely to bring Spiritual Law down to give them the advantage over others. We believe and trust in God knowing that He has work for us to do and that according to our attitude in carrying it out, so we are judged to be worthy of progressing onward with our lives. Whatever the cost may be to us, it is always the greater objectives that are important and, in completing, we will have good fortune and luck has nothing to do with it!
