To see the need to exert power over another and to see their suffering and weaknesses is called bullying. It occurs in schools and in institutions such as the army. It is usually caused by the weak-minded needing to show that they have power over another and is pushed by verbal abuse to make unhappiness to the bullied one. These cowardly acts can only be settled by the bullied one standing up for themselves, which is difficult for them to do against the bully, who usually has the backing of like-minded friends.
The very heart of this type of action shows the bully is a coward and if sufficiently challenged will become defeated and stopped. The receiver usually has some advantage of having a better background, they may have a well-known father, or they may even be lacking in other ways which again shows they are different. That person maybe smaller or have a disability making them apart from the others. It is because they don’t conform which makes them not part of the group and it is these differences which exposes them to bullying.
It is a selfless occupation and if not stopped can cause mental problems in later life. The bullied one has to stand up for him or for herself and demonstrate their power over the bully. By complaining to parents, who complain to the School Masters usually only results in the child being taken away to another school, which leaves the bully feeling that he /she has won and there is nothing to stop his or her behavior. Masters are poorly equipped to discipline the bully and can’t be everywhere all the time. They maybe intolerant to bullying but they are only too aware that they cannot stop this behavior and if they try it makes it harder for the one who is bullied to survive the extra attention that the bullies carry out.
To be in the state of fear from the bullies makes life nearly impossible an academic process becomes difficult. This destructive force of negativity spreads evil emotions to the bullied one, who is usually outnumbered and out gunned. It will leave a scar on the bullied, if he or she is unable to stand up for themselves and nip it in the bud at an early stage. The goodness of God seems to be forgotten and the demonic evil descends but asking for God’s influence is the place to start and an angel will be assigned!
