Hope

Wherever one is living in this world we cannot be without hope.  There are many things that cause unrest, by the hands of man or by the natural happenings around the globe.  There are situations where love has not penetrated the darkness of negativity and countries have been taken over by harsh regimes where power is corrupting and there is a greed for more wealth than is good for the higher placed people, be it in military terms or at the behest of dictators.  Some countries are war torn and families are torn apart.  Children go without food or water and may be lost without shelter.

Wherever you are there are situations that require hope to continue with life itself.  There are charities, who work under the most difficult conditions and although they make a difference, it is never enough.  Man’s inhumanity to man is evident through out more of the world than we care to admit, but still we hope that love will shine in the darkness of despair and there is hope for better things to come.  Even free people are locked in torment, because of the color of their skin or by those of a different order or have a different religion.  China is an example where genocide is well known but covered up as they force the population into factories and re-educate them until they are unrecognizable as to who they once were.

These people wherever they may be in the world, may be the subject of extermination policies and all they have left is hope for a change of attitude or another country to take them in and allow them freedom to be themselves.  We may pray to God in many different languages and call Him by different names, but if we can’t see any change and we feel forgotten and abandoned.  These prayers are heard.  The Divine Spirit will always do what It can, but against the force of the freewill of wicked men and women it is hard to make a difference that the downtrodden and abused can see and hear.  They must never give up hope.  It is the light on the horizon and must be allowed to occupy a small part in the hearts and minds of all people.

There are too many examples around the world where Mankind has committed heinous acts of destruction to indigenous people for what little they had.  Often it is simply the land that they occupied and friendly loving innocent communities are destroyed and left with only hope that their old ways will be miraculously given back to them, but this can never be.  The evolution of this cruelty continues to hurt the innocent and they are soon destroyed.  God is giving hope and He is giving love to appease the lusts and wickedness of those who do not know Him or seek Him out.  We must all do what we can to help and to live in hope of better times, when love conquers fear, and a new hope is kindled.
